Field Operations

As part of our ongoing effort to continually provide complete service and support to our clients, 5M Services LLC has developed a field operations group that works as an extension of our clients workforce. Our operations allow us to offer seamless interface with the clients staff and operating personnel. We discuss project needs and provide the project manager with the most qualified personnel available.

Field operations has the ability to assist with: 

• Project front end loading
• Constructibility studies
• On site safety and environmental review
• Pre-job hazard reviews before the bidding process

This gives the client time to establish safety requirements and to make any design changes prior to project bidding and commencement of construction. Field operations personnel perform field safety audits for our clients assisting in decision making. This ensures the safety procedures are being followed on a project, per the clients requirements. We assist the inspector and contractors in the improvement of safety and alert them to areas of concern.
